Role Description/Criteria
We invite experienced instrumental tutors to join our vibrant and renowned music education program.Â
As an instrumental tutor, you will work directly with students to develop their technical ability, musical understanding, and confidence in performance. You will share your love of music, foster creativity, and support students to achieve their personal and ensemble goals.
We are looking for tutors who can encourage and inspire young people through enthusiasm while respecting for the individuality, learning diversity needs and assisting students to recognise and achieve their potential. Our tutors undertake the following tasks: Â Â
•    provide individual and small group tuition classes Â
•    prepare students for concerts, examinations and ensembles
•    coordinate various performance events throughout the year
The successful applicant will demonstrate a high level of musicianship and teaching expertise in their instrument, contribute positively to the College’s ensemble and performance program and working collaboratively within a team of dedicated music educators.
This is a full time, fixed-term, parental leave replacement position commencing in January 2026 for 12 months. Â
