Role Description/Criteria
This is an opportunity for a highly capable and qualified candidate to join an innovative and high performing educational community.Ìý The Human Resources Manager supports the Principal in the recruitment of both teaching and non-teaching staff, and in relation to compliance, employee relations, and all aspects of staffing.
Criteria for this position are:
- A tertiary Human Resources management qualification sufficient to gain member status of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Substantial experience in Human Resource Management or organisational performance
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resource function
- A post-graduate management qualification is desirable
- Experience in a school setting is preferred
