The role is a 30 hours per week position working from Monday to Friday.
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
鈥� support student learning academically, socially, emotionally, and physically both inside and outside the classroom
鈥� implement Personal Learning Plans (PLPs)
鈥� implement specific intervention programs when applicable
鈥� be familiar with, and comply with, the school's child-safe policy and code of conduct, and any other policies or procedures relating to child safety
鈥� proactively monitor and support student wellbeing
鈥� liaise with the Learning Diversity Leader and Homegroup Teacher
鈥� prepare resources to support an individual student's learning
鈥� demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school and our vision.
