- Have a current VIT Registration.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven ability to model high-impact teaching strategies, provide constructive feedback, and build teacher capacity across all career stages.
- Ability to align coaching with curriculum priorities, student data, and school improvement goals.
- Demonstrated success in assisting graduates with planning, teaching practice, professional standards, assessment, and reporting requirements.
- Capacity to build positive relationships, foster trust, and lead professional dialogue that promotes continuous growth.
- Skilled in coordinating coaching timetables, managing programs for pre-service teachers and work placement students, and supporting new staff and CRTs to integrate successfully into the school environment.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, share current research, and contribute to a school-wide culture of reflective practice.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education, be familiar and comply with the school's Child-Safe Policy and Code of Conduct.聽

Special Requirements
- Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
- A willingness to obtain accreditation to teach in a Catholic School
